Upon entering the building you will be welcomed by our receptionists who will confirm your appointment for either a consultation, surgery or even emergency.
You details will be recorded (owners’ and pets’).
You will then be seen by one of the veterinarians for a consultation where decisions will be made regarding further diagnostic testing, surgery ( in both instances the pets may need admitting to the hospital) or treatment as an outpatient.
When the veterinary consultation is complete, you will return to the front desk where your billing and future appointments can be made if required.
We aim to solve your pet’s problems and hope to make a significant difference to their quality of life through good preventative medicine and timely diagnoses of different diseases. In cases where a permanent cure can not be achieved we hope to provide palliative and or ongoing medication if required.
